I am writing to endorse Fire Compliance Safety and the
particular service that you two, as a team, offer. I have worked in property
for over 30 years, had my own companies for over 25 years and trade as Eves
Commercial and Hogarth Estates (Weybridge) Ltd. Part of my business is
Facilities Manager and property management. I have been appointing contractors
for over 30 years.
Your first job for me was the Fire Safety Risk Assessment
which indicated that 80-odd improvements needed to be made to my client’s
17,000 sq ft offices. Having completed the Risk Assessment I was very
pleasantly surprised that when Kevin re-inspected the remedial works – no small
task involving much inspection in out-of-the-way areas such as roof voids,
flues and behind panels in W.C.s, he did so in his own time and at his own
expense. The online risk assessments are available to login to and Kevin and
Jacqui update them on a continuous basis. The system is quite remarkably
splendid. Jacqui is the perfect back-room office support and replies to any
requests and answers any queries without any delay. I was so pleased with the
quality and level of service I appointed Kevin, Fire Safety Advisor in the
Weybridge office which you visit every week, always on time, with a smile and
you perform various tests such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, emergency
fire evacuations, fire safety signs, fire extinguishers and talks with the fire
marshals. I am pleased to note that you are not above giving transgressors a
good rollicking.
Furthermore I also appointed you Fire Safety Advisor at Gothic House, an office on Richmond Green which you visit every two weeks. I can relax knowing that properties that I am responsible for are fire safety compliant and the occupiers are well looked after. I recommend your services to various clients. The Road Haulage Association, office owners, a beautician and a restaurateur to name but four and the feedback is 100% positive. The service is thorough, reliable and reasonably priced. If I managed more properties I would appoint Kevin and Jacqui to risk assess every one. They really care passionately about fire safety in the workplace.
My experience with Kevin and Jacqui is 100% positive.

Testimonial for the design of a full page advert – 14th April 2011
Steve produced interim designs allowing me to choose a design that would match my requirements.
He then went on to produce an A4 and an A5 version for my final approval.
Steve then delivered versions of the A4 and A5 ads that were suitable for a printer, versions that were suitable for my own use and included a version of ad scaled so that I can use as my Facebook landing page.

I would like to convey my thanks to Ian Hardacre for his invaluable advice concerning Social Media and how to use it properly.
To me it was a dark science but Ian has opened the doors wide and now I see the light!
